This website is owned and operated by Symmetry of Space, LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Professional Organizing and Financial Coaching sessions and packages. By accessing or using the website of our services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying a session or package, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and complete the check-out payment process via our website or via telephone. Taxes and possible transaction fees may occur.

The prices we charge for using our services are determined by our your needs. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

You agree to have Symmetry of Space organize and coach according to the schedule outlined and for the rate listed in the working agreement between you and Symmetry of Space. Here is a example of our Working Agreement.

All payments should be made out to Symmetry of Space. 

All session and package sales are final and are valid for 6-months. For packages, you can pay in two installments: first half is due at first session and the second half is due at final session.

In the event that you incorrectly purchased sessions for the wrong services, services can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.

Booked sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advanced and can be reschedule to any set date within the initial 6-month time frame. In the event that a booked session is cancelled in less than 24 hours, you will be charged for half of the booked session.

If for any reason you decide to cancel services you acknowledge that you will not be refunded for any prior work and are forfeiting any remaining sessions within your package.

If canceling services was done in error and we are contacted within 30-days of cancellation, we will determine if the session redemption program is best for both parties.

The Session Redemption Program is on a case by case basis and allows former clients who either cancelled or forfeited their sessions after 3-months of service but before the 6-month time frame ended to redeem sessions.

The Site and web-based services are intended for access and use within the United States only. The Site and web-based services are not intended for or directed to citizens, domiciles or residents outside of the United States. Accordingly, our sites and web-based services comply with applicable United States privacy laws.

The material on the Site is meant to be shared for informational, non-commercial use only. Site visitors are allowed to share blog posts only for the express purpose of promoting the Site. Our blog posts may be inserted into private non-commercial blogs, social media accounts and websites, but must link directly to Symmetry of Space's blog page.

From time to time we may references other sites and services for education and informational purposes within our blog. We do not  control, endorse, monitor, or validate the content of such "Other Sites," including any of their products, information or materials owned by them. It is your sole responsibility how you engage with these Other Sites, as we are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information on the Other Sites. You must make your own independent judgment regarding your interaction with these Other Sites and how you give or share your information with them, use their services or make any purchases with them.
